I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida, and the therapist behind this practice. I specialize in helping college students, millennials, and teens who look like they’re keeping it together… but inside, they’re anxious, exhausted, and kind of tired of pretending everything’s fine.
If you’re a high achiever who overthinks everything, a people-pleaser with no idea how to say “no,” or someone who secretly feels like they’re not doing life right — you’re my kind of person.
I’m here to help you stop spiraling, start setting boundaries, and feel more like yourself again.
I take a holistic, whole-person approach to therapy. That means we’re not just talking about your symptoms — we’re looking at what’s happening in your thoughts, your body, your nervous system, your relationships, your habits, and your environment. Everything’s connected.
I bring humor, realness, and compassion into my sessions. No blank stares or endless “how does that make you feel?” loops. I’ll ask the hard questions, hold space for the messy stuff, and offer insights that actually help you make sense of what’s going on.
You won’t leave session wondering if you said the “right thing.” You’ll leave feeling heard — and a little more grounded than when you walked in.
I offer both virtual therapy across the state of Florida and walk & talk therapy in Pinellas & Pasco County. Sessions are client-centered, collaborative, and built around what you need.
Whether we’re walking outdoors or meeting over video from your couch, therapy with me is a judgment-free zone where you get to be honest — even when it’s messy, awkward, or hard to put into words.
I’m a real human too. I loveee slow mornings, being on the water, lifting weights at the gym, walking in nature, iced coffee all year round, and humor that helps you breathe through hard things (dad jokes are my favorite). You can usually find me on adventures with my dog, Stryker, or exploring local restaurants & lounges.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to get support. Whether you're overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of pretending you're fine — therapy can help. Let's figure it out together, one real conversation at a time.
