Anxiety. Overthinking. People-pleasing. Sound familiar? Let’s talk.
College isn’t just “the best years of your life.” It’s also late-night panic spirals, questioning every decision you make, and wondering if everyone else has it figured out except you.
If you're constantly overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or burnout, second-guessing every move you make, or trying to meet everyone’s expectations (while ignoring your own)... you’re not broken — you're just carrying a lot.
I work with college students all across Florida who are trying to navigate this messy in-between space — where you're technically an adult, but still figuring out who you are and how to actually take care of your mental health.
I know how heavy things can feel when your brain won’t shut off, your schedule’s packed, and you're constantly trying to hold it all together. You don’t need a therapist who stares at you silently and asks, “How does that make you feel?” on repeat.
I show up as my full self — real, conversational, and human — and I invite you to do the same. I’ve worked with college students for years, and I get the unique stress that comes with trying to figure out who you are while juggling expectations, deadlines, and a million “what ifs.”
We’ll laugh, vent, problem-solve, and pause when things get hard. You’ll feel heard, but also challenged in the best way.
My style is warm, collaborative, and real — because therapy should feel like a safe space to exhale, not a performance.
I offer virtual therapy for college students across the state of Florida — so whether you're in a dorm, off-campus apartment, or back home for break (as long as your physically located in FL), you can still get support. All you need is a private space and Wi-Fi (pajamas welcome).
If you're located near Pinellas or Pasco County, you can also meet with me outdoors for walk & talk therapy. We’ll walk side-by-side in nature — perfect if you feel more relaxed moving and talking than sitting in an office.
You’re allowed to not be okay. You’re allowed to ask for help. And therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or weird — it can actually feel like a relief.
If you're a college student in Florida looking for a therapist who gets it, I’d love to connect.
