Happiness is not the absence of problems but the ability to deal with them.

– H. Jackson Brown

Psychotherapy

Emotions can be uncomfortable, especially when you're not exactly sure how to manage them. When that happens, we resort to what we do know, which isn't always healthy. This could look like using alcohol as a band-aid, avoiding tasks, sleeping more than usual, or even intentional self-harm. Whether you’ve been through something severely traumatic from your past, or you can't stop overthinking things, I will walk this journey with you to help identify what is interrupting you from living a healthy and fulfilling life.
